Beginning Monday, November 1, 2021 we will have a reduced adoption fee of $25.00 per cat or kitten. The cats and kittens available for adoption have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, ID chipped and snap tested.

Dog of the month
Hi! I am Runner! I am a male Walker Hound. I am about a year old. I love to talk! I would do best in a home with a fenced in yard or on a tie out as my nose gets the best of me sometimes. I get along with some other dogs! I love attention and need some TLC! Am I the perfect fit for your furr family?
Dog adoption is $210.00. This includes spay/neuter, bordatella, distemper, worming, rabies, snap test and ID chip.
Cat of the month

Hi! My name is a Shadow! I am a female DSH. I am a grey dilute tortie. I am about 3 years old. I adore everyone I meet! I also seem to like other cats as well! I am so sweet and love to snuggle, get pet, brushed and play! Please consider me as a new addition to your family!
Cat adoption is currently $25.00. This includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, snap test and ID chip.
Barn Buddies
Do you have a barn or other area that is in need of an outdoor cat to keep other little critters away? Contact the Shawano County Humane Society. We have feral to semi-feral cats that have been fixed and are in need of outdoor homes to call their own. You will need to complete an adoption application but there is no adoption fee. Please contact us if interested!
